We have enjoyed using Stefan over the years for our computer support and are excited to know he is in full-time business now. Not only is he fast and efficient in his repairs, he is patient in explaining things and doesn’t let you feel like a dummy, which is half the job of a repair done well. We wholly recommend his work.
After months of agony working with someone else, Stefan set us up with our network and firewall in one day. He’s a fantastic guy who does great work. I’d hire him in a minute!
When your industry tools require computer literacy you are at the mercy of learning your industry or learning to be a computer wizard! Stefan’s company is able to be your computer wizard. With years and years of experience (even though he is but a young man) Stefan listens to you intently and then works to customize your system to meet your unique needs.
When you just want to know more about using a computer and are working to become proficient, Stefan will be able to make sure your equipment works correctly and efficiently to be there for your use.
We have been very pleased with our system. Stefan’s counsel helped us become more efficient with our work. Now we do not fear upgrades or the learning curve associated with staying on the cutting edge with our computer system. We now may focus on our own client’s needs instead of getting the computers to work!

Our family uses one of our two household computers for business. When that computer began crashing, we called Stefan and he promptly began the process of eliminating the potential sources of the problem. Through a very brief period of trial and error, it became clear that the issue was hardware-related and that the computer had to be replaced. Due to the nature of the remote-access business functions that needed to be performed and the custom software that the computer would be required to perform, we needed not only a new computer, but one that was reliably up and running on short notice. Not only did Stefan pick out a new laptop and set it up for us in the time-frame needed, but we ended up saving money in the process as the difference between what everything cost and what it would have cost for the system alone (had I picked it out) more than paid for Stefan’s time and services. I start with that story because it is illustrative of the dealings I have had with Stefan and his business, SJW Tech Services. However, trust and confidence in Stefan and his remarkable ability with computers and computer software, as well as his integrity as a person and businessperson, is what drew me to SJW Tech Services and what keeps me a satisfied customer. There are many things I am concerned about on any given day. Thanks to SJW Tech Services, my family’s computer network and functionality is not among them.

Stefan came to our site to train eight employees in the basics of Excel and Access. He developed portions of the training to meet our specific requests. His knowledge and professionalism were excellent and the training definitely met the need we had.
